Danny Montano, Founder and Senior Partner

Danny Montano is the senior partner and founder of the firm. Danny has a degree in Law from the University of Bristol, UK, and a degree in Business from the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and is a Canadian qualified Chartered Accountant.

Danny entered politics in 1995 and became a senior Cabinet Minister in the government from 2001 to 2007. He was President of the Senate until May 2010. As President of the Senate, Danny acted as President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago on numerous occasions.

 Leslie Ramcharitar

Leslie Ramcharitar, Managing Partner

Leslie Ramcharitar is our Managing Partner. Leslie is an FCCA and also has an MBA from Heriot Watt University.

Leslie joined the firm in 1993. He qualified in 1995 and was admitted to partnership in 2001. He managed the firm successfully during Danny’s tenure in government and has continued to serve as Managing Partner.

Kimberly Romain, Audit Manager

Kimberly Romain is the Audit Manager. Kimberly did her formal training with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC). Kimberly qualified as an ACCA in 2004 and joined our firm in March 2010. Kimberly also has an MBA from Herriot Watt University. She is a member of the American Society of Quality. Kimberly is also responsible for staff training.


Ian Narine, Senior Consultant

Ian Narine is a well-known investment and business consulting professional.

An MBA graduate of Manchester Business School, Ian is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI). Over the past 20 years Ian has worked in the fields of corporate finance, stockbroking, investment and portfolio management, private banking and has overseen risk management and compliance functions.

Since 2004, Ian has also offered advice to the investing public via a weekly finance and investment column in the Trinidad Business Guardian. He is also a regular commentator on local television and radio, on finance and economic matters.
